Sansara66: Hi there I'm just starting to crochet and am having lots of fun with owls at the moment. I've only known how to do granny squares in the past, but after watching a tutorial on Utube on how to make little owls I got my confidence to try more stitches, Utube even gave tips on reading patterns so I purchased an owl cushion pattern from Etsy and went from beginner to more confident reading other blogs especially helped too! So if you have never crocheted before give it a go !
